Oh this is so tragic. My heart just goes out to Jennifer Hudson right now. Her mom and brother have been found shot to death in their Chicago home. :-( According to E! Online:

--A nightmare for this Dreamgirl.

Sources confirm to E! News that Jennifer Hudson's mother, 57-year-old Darnell Donnerson, was found dead Friday afternoon in a house on the South Side of Chicago that is listed in Donerson's name.

Officer John Mirabelli of the Chicago Police Department tells E! that officers were called to a house in the 7000 block of Yale Avenue in the neighborhood of Englewood, where just before 3 p.m. they discovered two unresponsive adults—one male, one female—who had apparently been shot to death.

The shooting is at this time believed to be domestic, according to police. Various reports are claiming that the other victim was Hudson's older brother, Jason Hudson.

A 7-year-old boy named Julian King has also been reported missing, but authorities aren't confirming whether he's a relative of Jennifer Hudson.

Per the Chicago Tribune, police are looking for a white 1994 Chevrolet Suburban registered to Jason Hudson with Illinois license plate No. X584859. They say the boy could be inside and an Amber Alert has been issued.

Mirabelli could not confirm the victims' identities, but a source close to Jennifer Hudson confirmed to E! that an initial local TV report identifying Donnerson as a victim, based on information provided by a representative of the family's church, Pleasant Gift Missionary Baptist, was true.

A police spokeswoman told the Tribune that the female victim was shot in the head, while a 29-year-old man sustained a gunshot wound to the chest.

A large crowd had gathered outside the home, where police tape was blocking all comers from getting too close.

E! has learned that Jennifer Hudson was in Florida when she heard the news and is currently en route to Chicago. In happier times, she had been planning to go to Japan Monday to promote her new album, but that trip has been canceled.

"My faith in God and my family, they're very realistic and very normal, they're not into the whole limelight kind of thing, so when I go home to Chicago that's just another place that's home," Hudson, who got engaged last month to boyfriend David Otunga, said in a recent interview with the Associated Press.

"I stand in line with everybody else, or, when I go home to my mom I'm just Jennifer, [so she says], 'You get up and you take care of your own stuff.' And I love that; I don't like when people tell you everything you want to hear — I want to hear the truth, you know what I mean?"

That's right! The video for Britney's new single, Womanizer was released tonight and if you haven't seen it yet, you can view it below. I think the naked in the steam room parts could have been done without, but I guess that's just Britney trying to make her comeback into the sexual thing that she once was. The video is indeed hot though, don't get me wrong. I thought a bit more choreographed dancing would have been cool but hey, she looks the best we've seen her in years so can't complain too much. All in all, it looks like Miss Spears is back!

New Britney Documentary: "For The Record"

Oh you bet your buns I'm excited about this one! Britney Spears is coming out with a new documentary tentatively titles, "For the record." Check out the preview for it below! The preview is actually a bit sad. There's no denying that she doesn't seem like the same happy girl she use to be. There definitely seems to be an emptiness about her. Maybe it's just the clips they show? :-/

On another note, I am starting to warm up to Womanizer! The first time I heard it, I hated it. But now I must admit, it's pretty catchy! I also included what Mtv news had to say about it so you can read that if you feel like it after watchin' the video!

Possibly more than anyone on Earth, Britney Spears' life is constantly documented by the media, which voraciously reports on the singer's every step and misstep. But what's it like to be in her shoes?

With her new album, Circus, set for release in just a few weeks, the singer is ready to show the world her side of the story.

Britney has joined forces with MTV for a 90-minute documentary about her return to the pop-music spotlight. Tentatively titled "For the Record," the special is set to air on November 30 at 10 p.m. on MTV, two days before Circus is released on December 2 (the singer's 27th birthday).

"So much has gone on over the last couple of years and there's a lot that people don't know about me that I want them to know," Spears told MTV News in a statement about the special. "I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn't being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in. This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I've been through and where I'm headed."

The documentary combines personal stories with behind-the-scenes footage of her comeback. Cameras follow her to the recording studio, to rehearsals, to press tours, to the video shoot for her latest single, "Womanizer," and even to her hometown in Louisiana. Backstage footage from her recent triumphant appearance at the Video Music Awards is also featured.

Through it all, we hear Britney talking about the hardships that led up to this comeback. "I've been through a lot, and there's a lot people don't know," she says in the film. "Sometimes it can get lonely 'cause you don't open the gate. I'm stuck in this place, and I just cope every day."

Britney also owns up to the mistakes the world has watched her make, and offers some telling insight into how she feels about it all now. "I sit there and I look back," she says, before asking rhetorically: "I'm a smart person, what the hell was I thinking?"

"For the Record" airs Sunday, November 30 at 10 p.m. ET on MTV.

Britney Spears flew into New York yesterday and it appears it was to do some promotion for her new single and upcoming album! I am so glad to see her doing promo for Circus seeing as though she did absolutely none for Blackout last year. It's good to see her actually caring about her work again!

Ryan Reynolds And Scarlett Johansson Marry!

One of my favorite guy actors, Ryan Reynolds and one of my least favorite girl actresses, Scarlett Johansson, quietly tied the knot on Saturday in an intimate ceremony at a resort outside of Vancouver in the groom's native Canada.

His rep says, "Yes, I can confirm they are married." No other details are being provided at this time but I sure hope to see some pictures soon!!

Congrats to the happy couple! Alanis Morissette must be pissed.

Tina Fey Strikes Again!

Tina Fey came back again last night for her role as Sarah Palin on Saturday Night Live. This time around, Amy Poehler played Katie Couric, parodying the interview with Palin earlier this week.

I would have to say it was probably equally, if not even MORE funny than their previous sketch, especially the end! Tina is of course, dead on and hilarious and Amy does a pretty darn good Katie Couric as well! I do hope this was their last run with this though because there will come a point where it will just get old.

DJ AM And Travis Barker Survive Fatal Plane Crash

Oh wow, this is really sad. I was just getting ready to go have breakfast and Seth yells from the other room that the drummer of Blink 182 and some DJ died in a plane crash. I was like, "What?? Travis Barker?? What DJ? Not DJ AM, right??" I seriously almost started crying. So I rush to the computer to find out the scoop and yes, it was Travis Barker and DJ AM (Adam Goldstein), but no, they did NOT die. They are however, in critical condition and being treated for severe burns at an Augusta, Georgia burn center. :-(

Apparently their Learjet 60 crashed during takeoff from South Carolina's Columbia Metropolitan Airport, just before midnight on Friday. Travis and AM were in Columbia, South Carolina Friday night for a T-Mobile sponsored concert at Five Points, a popular shopping district. The plane was headed for Van Nuys, CA.

Four people died in the crash.The deceased have been identified as pilot Sarah Lemmon, 31, of Anaheim Hills, CA co-pilot James Bland, 52, of Carlsbad, CA, Chris Baker (Assistant to Travis), 29, of Studio City, CA, and Charles Still, 25 of Los Angeles, CA.

The plane crash is still under investigation, however, during a press conference late Saturday morning a spokeswoman for the National Transportation Safety Board revealed that the plane overran the airstrip and proceeded to run into a number of the airport's lights and antenna. Air traffic controller "saw sparks coming from the runway" before the crash. Investigators don't know if that was from the aircraft or its engines.

So so sad. Thoughts and prayers go out to the victim's families.

The other day I posted about Lynne Spears' new book, Through The Storm. Well this morning she sat down with Meredith Viera and Al Roker on The Today Show to talk about the book and daughters, Britney and Jamie Lynn. Sorry for two posts in a row about this, but I just find the whole thing pretty interesting. Throughout Britney's entire career, we really haven't heard very much from her parents so it's a bit intruiging to hear it all from this other side of it.

Lynne actually seems really genuine and nice. I know "nice" is such a boring word, but it really seems to describe her. Definitely not the crazy stage-mom type of personality that she is so often perceived to have. She's actually quite likable! Check out the three parts below:

Lynne Spears Talks About Her New Book

In case you didn't know, Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears mom, Lynne has written a book about her and her kids life. The book is called Through The Storm and is due for release tomorrow (9/16). I've been reading quite a bit of excerpts online lately and must admit, I'm slightly excited to read the book. I think it will help give a clearer picture about things that the world has been wondering about pertaining to Britney and how her life got to be the circus that it now is.

"Through the Storm," says Lynne, is "the story of one simple Southern woman whose family got caught in a tornado called fame, and who is still trying to sort through the debris scattered all over her life in the aftermath. It's who I am, warts and all, with some true confessions that took a long time to get up the nerve to discuss."

I really cannot bite my tongue anymore when it comes to Sarah Palin.

I couldn't be more supportive of a woman in office, but let's face it, it comes down to the person, and their beliefs, male or female.

Is it a sin to be gay? Should it be a sin to be straight? Or to use birth control? Or to have sex before marriage? Or even to have a child out of wedlock?

I find it quite interesting that a woman who now is running to be second in command of the United States, only 4 years ago had aspirations to be a television anchor. And that she is not fond of environmental protection considering she's FOR drilling for oil in some of our protected land.... Hmmmm-All of this gets me going-Fear, Anxiety, Concern, Disappointment, and Stress come into play...

I know that the most important thing about this election is that people need to exercise their right to vote, regardless of their choice... I would have liked to have remained impartial, however I am afraid that the "lipstick on a pig" comments will overshadow the issues and the fact that I believe Barack Obama is the best choice, in this election, for president...

Palin's Desire to "save and convert the gays"-really??

According to this Associated Press story, the church of Alaska Governor Sarah Palin is hosting a kind of conference devoted to the "conversion of Gays" -- no kidding.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (AP) ? Gov. Sarah Palin's church is promoting a conference that promises to convert gays into heterosexuals through the power of prayer.

You'll be encouraged by the power of God's love and His desire to transform the lives of those impacted by homosexuality," according to the insert in the bulletin of the Wasilla Bible Church, where Palin has prayed since she was a child.

Palin's conservative Christian views have energized that part of the GOP electorate, which was lukewarm to John McCain's candidacy before he named her as his vice presidential choice. She is staunchly anti-abortion, opposing exceptions for rape and incest, and opposes gay marriage and spousal rights for gay couples.

I feel it's necessary for me to clarify that I am not against Sarah Palin as a mother or woman.

Jessica Simpson went on The Late Show last night and was suppose to be promoting her new country album but spent pretty much the whole interview talking about Tony Romo, as she usually does in interviews lately. Cute I guess, but I'm surprised that she doesn't seem to have learned any lessons on privacy from her previous relationship/divorce.

I actually use to be a big Jessica fan...well, I still am...but I do have to admit, I'm getting tired of hearing her try and sound dumb. I've never been a believer that she actually is dumb. But I do think that often times she tries to say things or give certain facial expressions that make her sound dumber than she is for hopes of coming off cute or something. Well guess what? Doesn't really work.

Ellen And Portia Get Married!!

It's official! One of my all time favorite comedians, Ellen DeGeneres and long time girlfriend, Portia De Rossie tied the knot on Saturday! The wedding took place at their $33 million Beverly Hills mansion in front of just 19 friends and family as well as crew for The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Their rep confirmed the news to People by saying, "Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi were married tonight in an intimate ceremony at their home in Los Angeles."

Ellen and Portia have been together since December of 2004 and when the California same sex marriage laws were changed earlier this year, Ellen publicly announced on her show back in May that she and Portia would be getting married. Apparently they didn't waste any time because three months later, here they are staying true to their word! Both ladies wore ensembles by the amazing Zac Posen and exchanged diamond rings by Neil Lane.

I'll be honest, there was a time in my life where I would have been against this sort of thing. Over the past couple of years however, my feelings on this have shifted and I have just come to the conclusion of whenever you can find love, hold on to it. It's not as common as people make it out to be and if you have something real, just consider yourself lucky. There are a lot bigger fish to fry than worrying about banning a couple's marriage. Life's too short for hate. So while I may not understand this sort of thing, I am content with the fact that I don't need to and I do have to say that I am very happy for them. Ellen and Portia seem very happy together and I wish them all the congratulations and blessings in the world.

A Jewel Of A Wedding

So as you may or may not be aware, Jewel got married last week! She and her man, Ty Murray snuck off to the Bahamas last Thursday and tied the knot in a secret ceremony! Above is the first released picture! Very very cute! I absolutely love it!

"To pull off the wedding quietly made it magical," Jewel told said the following day.

The wedding was held at The Cove Atlantis resort in the Bahamas, the very private affair included just two guests: Jewel's former keyboard player Jason Freese, who officiated (the couple found out he had been ordained online) and his wife Amy.

At sunset, as Otis Redding's "I've Been Loving You Too Long" played from their private cabana, Jewel, 34, (in Monique Lhuillier) met her groom (in jeans and cowboy boots) in the sand to recite their handwritten vows. "I said that I'll try to make our lives the best piece of art I've ever done," she said.

Murray, 38, secretly proposed to the singer on her birthday, May 23, and the couple decided to elope since "we feel that's what marriage is – just me and her," he said. After their "I dos" the newlyweds called their families to break their happy news and enjoyed a surprise fireworks display from the resort. "It felt," said the groom, "like we were the only ones in the world."

Perhaps not for long: Jewel said that she and Murray are "ready to start a family." In fact, her new husband added, "We're going to start working on that tonight!"

Awwww! Sooo cute, right!? Reading that seriously made me smile. I absolutely adore Jewel! She is so down to earth, sweet and well, I would say talented, but that would be an understatement. Much congrats to Jewel and Ty!

Britney Spears sat down with OK magazine for an interview and photoshoot for the first time in a loooong time! The issue hits newsstands tomorrow but below are some clips from the interview! Check it out:

Having spent her young life in the spotlight, the 26-year-old mother of two tells OK! that she hopes her boys choose not to choose a career in entertainment. "I’d love them unconditionally if they wanted to," she explains. "I’d just as soon they have a more normal childhood.

Britney on her sister Jamie Lynn becoming a mother: “That was special but also strange. I was shocked a little bit. She’s always been the baby, and now the baby was having a baby. It was mind-boggling. But it was really cool, and she was happy. When she got to the hospital, we all thought it was going to be an all-day thing, and instead, the baby just sort of popped out. OK, we're happy now! "

Britney said Jamie Lynn will be bringing baby Maddie to Los Angeles soon, allowing the newborn to finally meet her cousins - Sean Preston, and Jayden James.

"She's going to come out here for the kids' birthdays. It will be the first time the cousins meet. I'm sure the boys will be like big brothers to Maddie." Britney told the mag.

Britney on her new album: “I think it is more urban. I’m writing every day, right here at the piano in this living room. This is my best work ever.”

Britney said she is working with talented people who are helping her take her songs up a level: “I think the album is more urban. I'm working with producers who are just amazing. It's Harvey Mason of The Underdogs," she noted. "There is this fresh new energy. "The album is due out in the next six to nine months.”

And it's not just music Britney is working on. She confirmed she is interested in doing more acting, following her successful appearance on "How I Met Your Mother," which helped the show achieve its best ever ratings.

"I'd love to, if I can find the right movie," Brit said when asked about continuing her thespian streak. "Actually, I have a part that just came up. We're just trying to work it out with my schedule, with the children."

Britney on enjoying domestic life: “I get mad if the maid does all the housework. If she takes it all into her own hands, well, what’s for me to do? I’m a cleaning fanatic. Dusting is my favorite, and Windex-ing.”

Britney on whether she cooks for her family: “I do. Usually the maid and I will cook together. Sean and Jayden love my spaghetti.”

Britney on focusing on the mommy track these days: “I’m healthy, happy and excited about the future.”

Britney on what she's listening to: “I really like Rihanna. I think she’s great. And the girl Duffy. I think she’s amazing. And I like the new Madonna CD. I like Leona Lewis, too.”

Though it was unclear from the excerpts released at press time by OK! whether Britney addressed her hospitalizations of early 2008, her run ins with the paparazzi or the conservatorship protection she is under until the end of October, her father and co-conservator, Jamie Spears, provided some answers to OK!

Jamie said the conservatorship of his daughter will come to a close, though he hopes it will last just a bit longer, for Britney's sake.

"I would hope it stands until the end of the year, and then we'll sit back and evaluate where we are at that time, where Britney is at that time," he said.

The conservatorship reunited father and daughter, who in the past had moments where they were estranged from one another.

"It's wonderful," he said of their relationship. "It is new for both of us. She sometimes calls me 50 times a day and asks me things that light my life up. But like all daughters, she is very manipulative and cunning. So she gets what she wants a lot."

Jamie also said that despite the troubles that previously affected the pop star, there was a silver lining - their new relationship and his relationship with his grandsons.

"God has a way of taking something bad and turning it into something good," Jamie told OK! "If this hadn't happened, I would never have been able to get back with my daughter and have this relationship I have with these two little boys."

In related news, Jamie also explained why Britney and her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, settled their custody dispute over their two children, without going to trial.

"Britney and Kevin wanted to settle The trial that was coming up was for permanent custody. It made no sense for that trial to proceed so we worked out an agreement. The agreement says that on Oct. 1 we'll probably get another overnight, and that will stay in place until the end of the year or the end of the conservatorship," he said.

Jamie also noted that in terms of custody, "Kevin is all for everything. He wants her to have 50/50 custody. He wants them to raise these kids together. Kevin has a wonderful heart. I don't agree with giving him more money," Jamie said.

Rest In Peace Bernie Mac

Oh, now this is just sad! I woke up this morning to some shocking news in my inbox that Bernie Mac has died!! Maybe I'm just more out of the loop lately than I thought, but I had no idea he was even sick, let alone in the hospital! He was only 50!!

Apparently he was admitted to the hospital for pneumonia on August 1st, but his rep said then he was expected to make a full recovery after a few weeks of treatment. Apparently things took an unexpected turn for the worse. :-( The following statement has been issued by his rep to USmagazine:

"Actor/comedian Bernie Mac passed away this morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago-area hospital. No other details are available at this time. We ask that his family's privacy continues to be respected."

Oh how sad!! Bernie Mac was one of those guys that was just truly funny. Didn't even have to try, he just was. He will certainly be missed. Rest in peace, Bernie Mac!! :-(

For awhile there, having a baby was the big thing to do in Hollywood. It seemed that everyone and their dog was getting knocked up at the same time. Well now simply getting pregnant is no longer enough. No sir, the game has now stepped up a notch and the newest trend is having twins!

Jerry O'Connell and the beautiful Rebecca Romijn are the latest couple to jump on the twins bandwagon. Their rep has confirmed this, adding that they are due this winter. Awww. I know they have been wanting a baby for awhile now, so this is great news! From everything I've read and heard, they seem to be a great, down to earth couple who is very much in love. Congrats to them!

Jessica Simpson's New Album Cover

Jessica Simpson's new album cover has just been released and it looks absolutely gorgeous!! Perfect and simple! The album, Do You Know, is set for release on September 9th! I really can't wait! It seems that the country scene is exactly where Jessica belongs and I think she is going to do very very well there.

I remember watching some kind of E! True Hollywood Story about her a few years back where Jessica talked about a religious experience she had where God basically communicated to her that He was going to bless her with this voice and she was to use it for good. Something to that effect. Anyway, as the years have gone by and I have watched her create music videos in skanky little bikinis and write songs about "public affairs," I have wondered where using her voice for good enters the picture.

Where I'm going with all of this is I really think with country music, Jessica has the opportunity to do something much more important with her voice. To sing about real, honest things and really communicate with people. To really use her voice for good, as she set out to do years ago. :)

I know what happens! I got my script for the first episode of Season 5. It is written by our Emmy-nominated writers Gene Stupnitsky and Lee Eisenberg. (They received a nomination for "Dinner Party".) Needless to say, it's AWESOME! I love everything about it and I can't wait to start shooting.

Matthew And Camila Show Off Levi

Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend, Camila Alves wasted no time at all putting their brand new baby boy, Levi on the cover of OK magazine. I'm not a huge baby person, so the little tyke really just looks like any ol' wrinkled up newborn to me.

The funny thing is how it is advertised everywhere as "Matthew McConaughey's baby" and not "Camila and Matthew's." Even though she is the one that carried the thing for nine months and she is the one that popped it out, she just has to sit tight on the sidelines while everyone gushes over "Matthew's baby." Silly fame.

Anyway, the magazine hits newsstands Thursday but below are some clips from the interview. After reading them, all I have to say is that Matthew is crazy!:

Matthew on the delivery: "We found a great rhythm. Contractions started kicking in. I sat there with her, right between her legs. We got tribal on it, we danced to it! I was DJ-ing this Brazilian music."

Matthew on staying "in rhythm": "We were jamming! She was sweating. No painkiller, let's go. She just clicked into that gear that only a woman has at a time like this. We'd been up for 40-something hours, and we went from dead tired to a really steadfast, 'Let's handle this… let's stay in the rhythm. Don't let the contraction be more than you.'"

Matthew on wanting to be a Dad: "I have it all chronicled," he explained. "Becoming a dad is something I've dreamed of doing since I was 10. Becoming a father felt very, very natural.

On details of the birth: "Camila wanted a natural birth but we ended up having an epidural because, on the large contractions, the umbilical cord was being compressed. They went in and tried the vacuum. This is where I learned — and no one tells you this — but having a baby is a bloody, pukey, sweaty, primeval thing! And I mean that as a beautiful thing. It is wild. But the vacuum didn't work, and the doctor said, 'C-section.'"

Camila on the gender surprise: "It was neat to find out what the sex was because we didn't have the doctor tell us beforehand."

Matthew on seeing Levi for the first time: "I said, 'Come here, little man. I saw the pecker and screamed that we'd been right all along about him being a boy. Then I brought him over to her [Camila],'"

Camila on who Levi looks like: "Everybody thinks he looks like me because of the hair and skin tone. I think he looks more like Matthew every day."

Matthew on who Levi looks like: "I've pulled out some baby pictures of myself, and the resemblance is amazing. This kid has a lot to learn from us. I want him to come out being a little wiser, a little cooler and a little happier than we are."

Rest In Peace Sophia!!

Oh, I am just heartbroken right now! Estelle Getty (aka: Sophia Petrillo) of my all time favorite show, Golden Girls passed away at 5:35 this morning in her Los Angeles home.

She was 84 years old and had been suffering from Lewy Body Dementia for years so I'm not completely shocked. Her husband of almost 60 years died back in 2004, so now at least they will be reunited. Below is a note from Estelle's website:

To all of Estelle's Fans,

Sadly, today July 22, 2008 at 5:35 a.m. Pacific Time, we said our last good-byes to our little friend Estelle, who passed away and made her journey to the great beyond. Although it was a trip that she never wanted to take, she went gracefully, in the comfort of her own home, surrounded by her family and her very loving care-givers.

Estelle's legacy will live on and on through the comedy and laughter she gave to us all, which will forever keep us laughing out loud.

For us here, who have known and cared for her for so many years, we've lost our dear little friend who always kept us entertained by filling our days with joyful laughter. Estelle's fans across the globe have lost the feisty little lady known as Sophia Petrillo, whose quick wit, cutting remarks, and outrageous punch lines will forever be quoted and remembered.

Estelle was a fighter. She always stood up for the underdogs, fought for equality for all, and always pictured a world filled with "Love and Laughter" --her most favorite catch phrase.

Estelle, we love you and will miss you dearly. We pray that you are met at the Pearly Gate with open arms and a warm welcome by all who have passed before you. If there's a stage over there, I know you'll be on it. Jennifer Garner Is Pregnant!

So rumors have been swirling for a couple of weeks now that Jennifer Garner is knocked up. Well, if you're a regular here then you will probably know that I'm not too fond of posting rumors. I usually like to wait until something is confirmed or denied. Well ladies and gentleman, the Jennifer Garner pregnant story has officially been confirmed!

Jennifer's friend and former Alias co-star Victor Garber confirmed the news to Usmagazine.com

"Yes, she is," Garber - who officiated the couple's 2005 wedding - told Us when asked if recent speculation was true that the couple is expecting.

A source adds, "She is five months pregnant. They are very happy."

Awww, well congrats to Jennifer and Ben! They seem to be one of the few celebrity couples who really have their stuff together. Their marriage and family life in general just seems really solid and real and I have no doubts that they will continue to make great parents! Hayden Panettiere's "Wake Up Call" Music Video

So Hayden Panettiere has just released her first single, Wake Up Call. In a way, it's not nearly as bad as I might have predicted, but still not my cup of tea. It's actually kinda catchy in a Rihanna/high school/Paris Hilton type of way though.

If you actually listen to the lyrics, they're pretty lame. But I guess that's exactly what you would expect from an 18 year old. But like I said, it's still kinda catchy so I suppose it works. Anyway, check out the just released video below.

Jessica Alba Shows Off Baby Honor

While I'm not a big fan of Jessica Alba, I do have to admit that she looks beautiful on the new cover of OKmagazine where she shows of her new baby, Honor Marie. She's even sort of smiling which is pretty much a first for the usually miserable looking actress.

For the most part, I usually think babies all look identical, but this little one actually looks .01% cuter than all the other baby clones. That dark hair is just adorable! Anyway, the magazine hits newsstands on Thursday (tomorrow) so be sure to pick it up to see the rest of the pictures! Below are a couple highlights from the interview:

On the peaceful birth: "I didn't scream. It was really Zen."The labor was more like meditation," she says. "I did yoga breathing. I was focused." And Cash could only marvel at his wife's quiet strength when she gave birth. "She didn't make a sound," he says. "It was amazing."

On the baby: "It hasn't totally sunk in. She dreams, she smiles, and coos and does all these things, but she hasn't seen enough of the world yet to understand any of that stuff. So I still feel like she's connected to the other world, or something. There's no other way to explain it. It's a miracle."

On loosing the baby weight: "I started working out last Thursday, but for 20 minutes. I do cardio on my own. I'm doing it slow. Now I'm starting to eat more healthy. Because after working out, having fried chicken and mashed potatoes is a little counteractive."

On who Honor looks like: "She looks like a girl version of me," Cash says. "She has my nose, my eyebrows and my..." "Forehead and dimples," Jessica finishes, adding, "She has my mouth when I was a baby. And my ears." "Maybe Honor is a mixture," Cash reconsiders. Victoria Beckham recently did the cover for the August issue of Allure. I would have to say, judging by the above photo alone, this is probably the best Vicky B. has ever looked! Photoshop magic? A great makeup artist? Whatever the cause, I'm lovin' it! Although I am the tiniest bit confused as to what's going on with her hair, the overall look is really beautiful! Below are a couple little tidbits from the interview:

On her looks:"I just make the best out of what I have. I'm not out-of-the-ordinary-looking at all. I'm incredibly ordinary,"

On her goofy Marc Jacobs ads: "For me, fashion is about different looks. That's the thing that becomes incredibly apparent when you look at all these different pictures. Anything I wear is still relatively simple, but has character. When Marc asked me to do this, I knew it was not going to be a glossy, gorgeous picture. I'm open to that. I was wearing a little hair band that looked like a pincushion, with a little bow on top. I loved doing this, and I got to know Marc as a friend. He's so inspiring, so interesting."

On her family life: "At the moment, we're fine, the five of us. At some point, I'd love to have a girl, you know – just for all the clothes I've got to hand down. It would be tremendous fun. I've got great girlie advice that I can share."

On noticing people's clothes:"I have a photographic memory [for clothes]. I can remember what everybody wears, all the time."

On judging for Project Runway: "[Project Runway] shows how hard you have to work in fashion. These designers don't have money. They don't have huge budgets. Some of the challenges are there just because they're fun for TV. Is anybody ever going to be asked to make a dress out of candy? Of course not. But it makes good viewing. I see Heidi quite a lot, and her kids. Really lovely family."

On cutting her hair: "I think long hair is great, but I like to change it up, move on and do different things. I don't want to always look the same."

On her non-smiling Posh persona: "I kind of created this character at the beginning of the Spice Girls. I didn't smile very much; it was quite pouty. I was famous for wearing a little black Gucci dress. [Except] it wasn't a little black Gucci dress, it was a little black High Street dress. It was incredibly cheap. I just accessorized it well and had the pose that went with it. [...] Of course I smile. It's just that they don't use those pictures. It's a better story to say that I'm a miserable cow. I get it."

On fashion: "I think at the end of the day, people dress in a way that suits them. Don't forget that fashion isn't everything to the same people. They wear what they want to wear, and that's it. Some people just don't care."

It seems that Holly Madison isn't the only one today who is using myspace to clear up rumors. Paris Hilton is apparently sick of all the false stories floating around about her lately so she has taken to her blog to try and clear some of it up as well. Check out what she had to say below:

Hey guys, hope you all had a great weekend. Once again, I am blown away by more lies that are going around, and wanted to clear them up with all of you. I'm sick of Page Six and other gossip sites printing completely false stories. It's not fair because these lies then spread like wildfire online and people begin to believe they are true, just because they read the same story on so many different sites. I am tired of not commenting on the rumors I hear and I think it's fair for you to know the truth.

From now on I plan to address these when they come to my attention. I still do not know why these stories get so much circulation--they cross the line between silly tabloid gossip into hateful speculating. They involve completely false rumors about not only what I allegedly do, but about the people in my personal life and family.

Page Six reported that I have moved into Benji's neighborhood, and that Nicole is upset by this...SO NOT TRUE! First of all, I don't even live in Glendale. Secondly, I have my own home in a gated community in Beverly Hills--that's where I live. I haven't been to Glendale in months. Where do they come up with this?

As most of you know, I moved away from my old--and very accessible--house because I was sick and tired of constant invasion of my private life. I love my fans but I could not leave for a meeting or walk my dog without a camera pushing inside my front door on to personal property. I feel so much happier and safer in my new home. I've been renovating it for the past year and totally made it my style. I've seen pictures online that are supposedly the inside of my new home, but they're not. Those pictures were taken off a private real estate site from the previous owners' interior. The house looks so much different and it underwent such a big transformation into my dream home. I couldn't be happier! :)

So anyway, back to what I was saying: I am thankful that I know who my true friends and colleagues are, and I encourage my fans to ignore worthless stories like this. There is too much going on in the world, and in your own lives, to waste time reading lies. Such a disappointment but as always, you'll get the true story from me!

I think that I am just about the only person on the planet who is not a fan of Sarah Silverman. The majority of the time I find her rude, disgusting, mean and just plain not funny. Jimmy Kimmel however can always manage to bring a laugh or two out of me. He has always seemed like a pretty good guy and I never got what he saw in Sarah.

So the fact that these two are breaking up after five years together is hardly saddening news around here. Their reps have confirmed the news in a brief statement,

“Jimmy and Sarah have [split] and will have no further comment,” Kimmel’s rep Lewis Kay and Silverman’s rep Amy Zvi confirmed in a joint statement.

There ya have it, there ya go.

Holly Madison Clears Up Some Rumors...

Hue Hefner's number one girlfriend, Holly Madison is apparently sick and tired of rumors swirling that she is not getting along with Hue's other girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson. So upset by these rumors, she has taken to her myspace blog to try and clear them up. Check out what she has to say below:

I am so sick of all the dumb rumors going around. Especially since every gossip outlet tries to outdo the one that beat them to the punch first by making the stories more and more ridiculous.

The stories about Kendra and I not getting along are so stale. I think we get along better than ever. When I was in New York and she was in Mexico, we were texting each other all the time. Just because I am usually seen out with Bridget and other friends does not mean I don't like Kendra. We just don't do as many things together outside the Mansion.

I am so sick of all the "sources" that are quoted. If TMZ wants to take a video of me and make it funny, that's fine. But Page 6 quoting a dumbass hater that has no clue what they are talking about is lame. Especially when they don't even bother to get my side or Kendra's side of the story. The most they get is a generic response from our pr.

The latest Page 6 story is especially dumb. Saying I am jealous of Kendra because she has an "empire" and I'm "just sitting around with Hef"? What "empire"? I guess because I have a real full-time job aside from The Girls Next Door (excuse me for having a brain and having something REAL going on in my life as opposed to following in the footsteps of the socialite-of-the-week) means I am "sitting around" doing nothing. I guess having people announce clothing lines and workout products that never come to fruition means you are doing something.

According to this source, Kendra was never Hef's girlfriend and was brought on specifically for the show. None of this is true. No one was even discussing a show about "Hef's girlfriends" untill long after Kendra had moved in.

All 3 of us have projects we are working on, including spin-off pilots, and expect to do several projects together in the future. That's all I have to say about that.

Khloe Kardashian Headed To The Big House

Well, as far as celebrity jail time goes, another one bites the dust! Kim Kardashian's little sister (and the saner of the three girls) has just been sentenced to 30 days in prison for her March 2007 DUI arrest (which was documented on their show, Keeping Up With The Kardashian's.)

Apparently she violated the terms of her probation by not completing the court ordered roadside clean up duty and by not enrolling in an alcohol education class. She now has until July 18 to begin serving her sentence.

Sister Kim wrote about the news on her official blog this evening saying,

"I have been getting asked all day if Khloe is going to jail. I know my fans rely on coming to my blog for the truth...

Khloe wants you to know she was sentenced to go to jail in regards to her one DUI case last year.

Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved.

I urge people to learn from the mistakes of others. Please drink responsibly and it's never acceptable to drink and drive!"

Ya know, being a fan of the show I do have to admit, Khloe often seems like the most levelheaded of the three girls. So I'm surprised that she didn't do the simple requirements that would have helped her to avoid jail time. Glad to see there is no special treatment for stupidity here.

Angelina Has Twins...For Real This Time!

Angelina Jolie gave birth this weekend in France. Unlike the last time this was reported, this time it actually happened. Saturday night she and Brad welcomed a boy named Knox Leon and a girl named Vivienne Marcheline. Cool names.

"Saturday was a great day for all," Dr. Michael Sussman tells Usmagazine.com. "The babies are good, as is Angelina."

Knox weighed 5.03 pounds and Vivienne weighed 5 pounds, Sussmann adds.

And Jolie has already started to receive visitors. "Angelina's brother [James Haven] has been here this morning," a hospital insider tells Usmagazine.com.

"There is a buzz at the clinic. The babies are resting, as is Jolie. They haven't [been] crying yet, so it just feels very peaceful."

Jolie, 33, gave birth via a Cesarian section at the Lenval Hospital on the French Riviera on Saturday night, the French newspaper Nice-Matin first reported.

The Cesarian section was moved up from its scheduled date "for medical reasons" so the babies would be born "in the best conditions," Sussmann explained.

Very cool! I love that the girl's middle name is Marcheline after her late Mother. Awww! Congrats to Brad, Angelina and the rest of their soccer team! Can't wait to see the little prunes! :)

Ummm...yeah, that's normal. Some are saying that he's been having back problems, which is the reason for the wheelchair, but somehow this whole picture just looks strange to me. Anyway, below is a picture of his "kids" that accompanied him on his odd little outing. Cool.

Brooke Hogan just loves airing her family's dirty laundry. Just a couple weeks ago, she gave a pretty revieling interview to US Weekly, and now she's speaking out again, this time to Access Hollywood. It's not that she's saying anything bad, but I guess I'm just surprised that she is saying anything at all, because usually celebs are pretty tight lipped when it comes to personal items.

But hey, with her new spin-off show, Brooke Knows Best premiering this Sunday on VH1, I guess it really shouldn't come as such a surprise that Brooke is eager to talk. Brooke on her family: “I don’t think our family is falling apart and getting destroyed. I just think it’s rearranging itself in the way God meant it to be because it wasn’t working how it was.”

I don't even know what to think about this whole family anymore. In a way, I feel bad for them because no matter if you brought it upon yourself or not, a tough time is a tough time and that is definitely what they are going through. To go from watching them on Hogan Knows Best where they seemed so united, it really is sad to see how everything has spun out of control. Crazy stuff...

I've been a Jessica follower for years now, before her and Nick even got married. Then it made sense to be a fan, seeing as though I was a teenager and it was just expected to like pop music back then. Now that I'm almost 23, it's probably a bit odd, but I still adore the girl! She always seems so down to earth and fun, but makes sure to keep it classy at the same time!

So anyway, wishing Jessica a very happy birthday and a great year ahead!! :)

The Baby Shows Off Her Baby!

As part of their deal, here we have little Jamie Lynn Spears showing off her new baby girl, Maddie on the cover of OK magazine. Looks like any other regular baby to me. Jamie Lynn looks airbrushed to the max. I think it's pretty clear that they were trying to make her look as adult-like and motherly as possible, but you just can't hide the fact that she's 17.

She does look cute though and if she's happy, then that's all the matters. The magazine will be on newsstands on Thursday, but read below for a couple tidbits from the interview:

On the smooth delivery: "They'd told me it would be an eight- to 12-hour labor, and I was ready to have the baby in three to four hours. I had a perfect pregnancy and a perfect delivery. I was very blessed."

On keeping clam through delivery: "Once I got in there, my doctor was just so calm and so good it was not bad at all," she says. "I was just talking to Casey. And you know what's so weird? I was asking him if he was okay. He was like, 'Yeah.' We were both so excited."

On Maddie's routine: "She is very good. She'll feed every two or three hours. When she wakes up in the middle of the night, I'll feed her and she goes right back to sleep. There's no screaming and crying. We get up in the morning, and she gets her little bath. Then I get my bath. We have a routine, and I love routines. I've worked one out with her, and we're happy going about our little life."

On picking the name: “Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it. Briann was because, a week and a half before she was born, one of Casey’s cousins, who he was really close with, passed. He was in a car accident. His name was Brian. She’s also named after my older brother, Bryan Spears. We just added another “N” to it and made her Maddie Briann.”

On getting advice and help from mom Lynne: “Mama has been here a bunch. She wants to see the baby all the time. She told me: ‘The doctors are always going to be real strict and tell you don’t do this and don’t do that. Just follow your instincts. You’re the mother and you know what your baby needs.’ That’s what I’ve done, and it seems to have worked.”

On the people in her town: "Around here, everyone has the same focus. The focus is family, and that's a good way to live."

Jessica And Tony Do Some Pre-Birthday Celebrating!

Jessica Simpson will turn 28 this Thursday but in true celebrity style, the celebrating has already began. She was spotted having dinner with boyfriend, Tony Romo at the Sagebrush Cantina (yummy!) in Calabasas followed by the Key Club later in the evening.

Lily Allen Goes Back To Black

Anyways in other news , I'm getting a dog from Battersea dogs home , i found her on the weekend , and after a visit from a rehoming officer hopefully, i'll have her by next week . She's called Honey and she's quite fat (insert dogs like their owners joke here) , but very sweet , she's a mongrel . There were so many Stafforshire Bullies there it was so sad . People should really think about getting puppies from breeders or breeding them for that matter , if you saw all those poor dogs without a home with their sad little faces , you wouldn't even think about buying dogs from people who profit . I'm starting Bikram yoga tomorrow , YAWN . . please can everyone stop stabbing each other in the UK , it's really sad , my thoughts are with all the families affected by these heinious crimes . we need to have a knife amnesty , we should put on a big concert to raise awareness and stop the violence , Boris , if your listening , call me man speak soon peeps x xx"

David: First of all, what is it with actors and substance abuse?
Eva: I don't know. I'm not a spokesperson for any kind of substance-abuse organization.

David: They're going to have to change the name of it to "Alcoholics Unanimous."
Eva: [silence]

David: I'm sorry, that's a bad joke.
Eva: I'm not making jokes, because people die from this stuff. So, honestly, I think it's a bit tacky that you made a joke. I've got to be honest.

David: You're angry. Listen . . .
Eva: I'm not angry. People have died, and I've lost friends too–even recently. So I can be a little sensitive on the subject.

David: Look, I haven't had a drink in 11 years. I'm just trying to be light-hearted about it, because it's an awkward topic.
Eva: I'm not angry. But because celebrities' lives are so visible, I think it makes it look lighter than it is. I have a really good sense of humor, I'm just very sensitive. The other day I was reading an article. I don't even remember who the actress was, but she's been around for a long time. She said something like, "I'm proud that I've had a whole career without making it to rehab." I thought, That's such a negative twist on it. I'm proud of people who have the determination and the fearlessness to actually go and face their demons and get better. This is a life or death situation. Again, I'm not a spokesperson for this, but it's just that I want to support people for their decisions when they do go in and get help.

David: You might think it's a new problem, but it's probably only because people are quicker to say, "Okay, I'm going to rehab. Let's get it over with."
Eva: It's because everybody is so highly visible now. We see everything. We see what celebrities buy at the supermarket. It's ridiculous. It's that visibility. I'm confused by this whole celebrity-obsessed culture. It's really weird.

David: Again, I wasn't trying to be . . . Well, I was trying to be flip, but not trying to be dismissive. I do take it very seriously myself. You could just say, "I don't want to talk about that." Which is fine.
Eva: I've given you a more interesting answer, I hope, than to just say, "I don't want to talk about it." [laughs] There are so many lies out there regarding my recent trip to Cirque Lodge. But I don't care what people think. I just don't care. So I will neither confirm nor deny. I think now we just know way too much about our celebrities. It's not that interesting when you know that much about people. I have no ego about me. It's just better for you not to know, because it really does make me a better actor at the end of the day. You're not going into the movie with all these specifics about me.

David: I don't know what I would do if all my business was out there . . .
Eva: You know what? You wouldn't feel that bad, because so much of it is not true. Actually, the media has been pretty nice to me. They've really trashed some people, so I'm actually thankful that it didn't get too crazy. But for all the stuff that came out a few months ago about substance abuse, there were so many wrong stories. I was so happy about that, because it's when they get the real scoop that would make me really nervous. It's a relief, in a way. You want it to be a lie, because when it's true, that's when I'd be like, "Oh, my God!" It's time to rethink who's in your circle, because stuff got out.

Does This Look Like A Woman About To Give Birth!?

Nicole Kidman gave birth to a little girl yesterday in Nashville, Tennessee and the above picture is reportedly the very day before she had her baby when husband Keith Urban picked her up from yoga! The day before!! Now I'm no expert on pregnancy, but this picture looks like someone who is maybe six or seven months pregnant, tops! Not someone who will pop out a 6 lbs, 7 oz. the very next day! Crazy!

Anyway, the baby's name is Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. What the heck? Yeah, definitely not a fan of that name. Why do they have to keep both last names? Nicole and Keith are married so why not just say, "Sunday Urban?" Not that that sounds any more normal, but at least it's shorter and makes more sense.

According to People, "Husband Keith was by Nicole's side, and mother and baby are very well," said spokesman Paul Freundlich, who added that the couple were "delighted" to make the announcement.

Keith also posted the following message on his website, “EARLIER THIS MORNING NIC GAVE BIRTH TO OUR BEAUTIFUL BABY GIRL, SUNDAY ROSE KIDMAN URBAN. WE WANT TO THANK EVERYBODY THAT HAS KEPT US IN THIER THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS. WE FEEL VERY BLESSED AND GRATEFUL THAT WE CAN SHARE THIS JOY WITH ALL OF YOU TODAY. MORE TO FOLLOW." Ugh. Gotta love the all caps.

Oh well, at least everyone is healthy and happy! Congrats to Nicole and Keith!!

Welcome To The World, Levi McConughey!

Matthew McConaughey and girlfriend, Camila Alves gave birth to a little boy in Los Angeles last night! They named him Levi Alves McConaughey. Good name, I like it! Matthew explained the significance behind the name to OK magazine saying,

"Levi was another name for the apostle Matthew in The Bible. They were, in fact, two names for the same person.

Our son was born at 6:22 pm, and this particular time represents my favorite verse in the book of Matthew in The Bible: 'If thy eye be single, thy whole body will be full of light.'"

Baby Levi's middle name is taken directly from his mother Camila's last name. "We wanted to incorporate her family name," explains the proud new father.

To all the well-wishers and fans, Matthew and Camila have also released the following statement:

"We welcome Levi Alves McConaughey into this wonderful life and look forward to living in it with him. In the mean time and all times, just keep livin'."

Jessica Simpson In Janesville, Wisconsin!

So I was just reading on the lovely site, sweetkisses.net that Jessica Simpson and Tony Romo were in Janesville, Wisconsin the other day! Normally this wouldn't be that big of a deal, they travel all over the place every day, but Janesville just so happens to be my husband, Seth's hometown! Kinda cool!! (Actually, the above picture is Jess with Marsh Shapiro at the bar, The Nitty Gritty in Madison, WI, which is where we lived last summer!)

I knew that Tony was from Wisconsin (Burlington to be exact), but never really thought they'd meander on over to the tiny little town of Janesville!

Apparently the couple were in Wisconsin for a golf tournament that Tony was playing in and decided to head to J-town for a little shopping at Old Navy (keepin' it classy!) and some din din at Olive Garden (yum yum).

According to People, the restaurant's general manager, Doug Belfanz, had a hard time believing that Jessica and Tony were actually going to show up when the reservation was made. "We thought it was a big joke," said Belfanz. "Jessica Simpson's not going to the Olive Garden in Janesville, Wisconsin!" Yep, actually, she did. Simpson, wearing a casual blouse and blue jeans, walked in holding hands with Romo, who wore a T-shirt and baseball cap. Simpson had wine with her three-cheese ziti, but seemed more interested in Romo. "She scooted up next to him during the meal," says Belfanz. "They were acting like a couple." After dinner, they posed for a photo with the staff and signed autographs. Sneaking out through the kitchen, Simpson complimented the chefs on the meal. "They were laughing," Belfanz says. "It was just a big family being out."

John Mayer updated his official blog today with a sentimental post about getting older and appreciating your life. It cracks me up how this guy can go from a rant about the Goonies one day then go off about aging bodies a couple weeks later. So random! Cool that he is grateful though. Anyway, check out what he had to say below:

"Summer 2008 Is Here

I'm laying in my London hotel room in one of my least favorite scenarios: the job is done today but the plane takes off tomorrow. The European tour was an absolute blast and I think I speak for the band and crew when I say that all sights are set firmly on the US tour and making it the best ever.

As a 30-year old with an eight-year mainstream professional music career, I couldn't be happier (and more thankful) to still have a gig. All I can think about when I'm on stage these days is how terrible it would feel to have learned how to make the most out of each and every show after the gig was up.

It's a funny time to be alive right now, in that I'm not quite sure we're celebrating like we should. I don't mean the "Hand me your keys, Dan!" celebrating. I mean the very innate act of celebration; human appreciation. Group reveling. A general sense of "This is my tribe and this is our fellowship." Like a concert.

I know I've written along these lines before, but do you know why it matters? Because someday you're going to be old, and things are going to change. Your body is going to turn on you. I already know where the L-5 and L-6 discs in my back are, because they're wearing down a little, and when I ask the doc how we lick this, he says "It is what it is. You're not 18 anymore." I have 3 gray hairs that I insist are "mutant clear hairs" but they're not. They're just gray. And right on time.

Chances are you won't get hit by that proverbial bus people always talk about when they're smoking a Lucky Strike and tipping back on their chair. Odds are also on your side (thank God) that you won't ever get the news from your doctor that you have only months left to live. But you know what he may very well tell you? That you need a new hip. Nobody ever says "live it up because someday you might need a new hip" but it's the truth. They don't say "Be good to one another because in time we'll all know a medical lab technician on a first name basis" but it happens every day.

My point is that whenever that someday comes, when I slide into the MRI scanner and the thing starts spinning up, spitting lasers and screaming into my ears, I may very well say to myself "I wish I had just one more of those summers."

Being a young man is kick-ass. Being a young man who knows that being a young man is kick-ass is what it's really all about. And as a musician, I'm finally learning to distinguish the notes that matter from the ones that don't. I'm also getting better at knowing those notes as a person, too. I'm excited to bring it all on stage, and even more excited to see you all out there.

Talk about random!! So on Thursday, Mary-Kate Olsen went on David Letterman to do a little promotion for her new movie, The Wackness. During the interview, Spencer Pratt happened to come up. David Beckham Updates His Blog

Moving onto the football - Saturday’s game was a bit of a disappointment to say the least. We were 2-0 up and playing at home, so we should have closed out the game, but credit to Columbus Crew, they came back at us and forced a draw. We did get a point, but it feels like a loss to be honest. We need to make our stadium a fortress and win our games there and not give anything away, not just in defence, but also from the forwards and the midfield.
At the moment it’s just the consistency, it’s all about finishing off teams and holding onto leads. Sometimes it just needs a bit of calmness. It’s all a learning process and we will get better, it’s just about getting the mix right.

Christina Aguilera stopped by Larry King Live yesterday afternoon for an interview which focused a lot on the election and her involvement with Rock The Vote.

I never really got into the whole "Christina craze" back in the day but over the past few months since she's been pregnant and had her baby, I've been paying more attention. I must say, I really like her! She is so calm, down to earth and really seems to have a good head on her shoulders.

I also love the whole concept of Rock The Vote. Just the whole thought of no matter whom you're voting for, just make sure your voice is heard. So many young people just ignore the whole political scene, wrongly assuming that it doesn't affect them so I'm all in favor for anything encouraging more voting participation!

I Am The Only One Thinking Rihanna Can't Sing?

I admit, the girl is absolutely adorable! Her face looks like a little doll, she has cute tattoos, and she's always on the cutting edge of fashion (never thought I'd use that expression)...but when it comes to actual singing skills, I really think the girl leaves a lot to be desired. Sure her song, "Umbrella" was cute and catchy but it doesn't exactly require a stellar voice to pull that song off. I just don't get what all the hype is about.

Below is Rihanna performing "Take a Bow" at the 2008 BET awards in Las Vegas today. My ears literally hurt. Ouch. It's just amazing to me how many people have successful careers when really they shouldn't, while there is so much talent out there going by unnoticed. Anyway, take a listen for yourself below:

Tori & Dean Waste No Time Showing Off Baby

I guess the sooner the photos get out there, the sooner they get paid so why wait? If you ask me though, it seems so early to be showing the baby off to the world. Wasn't it born like an hour ago?

I understand how it's a "world exclusive...first look at the new kid" type of deal, but at that early of an age, every baby looks completely identical to me. Anyway, below are some excerpts from the interview Tori and Dean did with OK magazine, which hits newsstands on Thursday. Check it out:

Tori on her "miracle baby": "She's a miracle. I was on one pill and wasn't feeling well, so I went off of it. Two days later, the doctor put me on another, and on that one day, we conceived. It was meant to be!"

Tori on seeing baby Stella: "My first thought was, 'My god, she's so beautiful,'" Tori gushes. "My second thought was, 'Oh my god, she has black hair! Where did that come from?' [laughs] Liam has blonde hair and is very fair. She was born with black hair, very tan."

Tori on having a girl: "I never thought I'd have a daughter. Dean's first child [Jack] is a boy and then we had Liam and I thought, 'Because I'm so girly-girly, I'll have all boys.'"

Dean on having a girl: "When I saw Stella for the first time, I just bawled my face off out of pure joy. I've always heard that there's nothing like that bond between father and daughter. There is nothing like it — you feel it that moment. It hit me like a ton of bricks. Little boys are awesome. They're just like a little you. But having a little girl is something else. As a man, you just lose it."

Heather Locklear Heads To Rehab

Umm, wow! Wasn't expecting to hear this news today. Heather Locklear has entered rehab! Apparently she checked into an Arizona psychological treatment facility for depression. Her rep, Cece Yorke, has released the following statement:

“Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released.”

Well hey, I completely support and respect anyone who is brave enough to seek help for whatever their problems may be. I can't imagine that would be easy at all, especially in the public eye so good for Heather! But ya know, it's crazy to me how people like Heather Locklear and Eva Mendes head to rehab while people like Amy Winehouse still roam the streets. Where's the logic there!?

Brooke Spills It All....

In true Hogan fashion, once again one of them is spilling their lives to the media. This time it's Brooke, opening up every little detail to US magazine about everything from her parents divorce to Nick's accident to her no longer existent relationship with her mom.

I'm actually shocked about how much of her personal life she is putting out there. But hey, whatever gets her IN magazines, right? Sad. But I do love reading about it! :) Anyway, below is one more scan as well as some highlights from the interview:

Brooke on her mother dating a teenager: “Honestly, I don’t know what to say because I can’t relate to her right now. I’m extremely shocked. I know if I was 48-years-old, I wouldn’t date a 19-year-old. I just don’t feel it’s her. And through all this stuff, I really need my mom, and she’s doing her own thing. I don’t talk to her anymore. I see her at the jail visiting Nick and she asks me why. I say, ‘I don’t condone what you’re doing. I’m on my path, and you’re on your path.’ I told her, ‘I’d love to have you in my life, to see you and talk to you, but the kind of things you’re surrounding yourself with, it doesn’t make sense to me.”

Brooke on her parents’ split: “I could see my parents growing apart. I told them, ‘Nick and I are grown-up enough to understand that if it’s not right, don’t force yourself to be together for us.’ I don’t think the stress of Nick’s accident or being on Hogan Knows Best helped the situation, but they were already heading in that direction. It was starting to get painful for all of us. Sometimes all this makes me break down, but most of the time, I can look at it and think, we’re all still alive; we all still love each other. I just want to see them happy.”

Brooke on hearing about Nick’s accident: “I just went silent. Fifteen minutes later, I started having panic attacks: shaking, crying, freaking out….When I saw John in the hospital, it was just so hard. I couldn’t stop thinking about the last time I saw: He and Nick were just chilling on Clearwater Beach. I miss John like crazy. He ate breakfast, lunch and dinner with us six or seven days out of the week. And he was really funny, like a Jim Carrey sense of humour. He was as close as to my as my brother.”

Brooke on Nick in jail: “When he was sentenced, I was in shock. I’ve always been there to protect him, and this is the one time I can’t stop anything bad from happening. The thing that keeps me going is being able to visit him and see him through the TV screen. But that even sucks because I want to hug him and talk to him in person and see the colour of his eyes….He’s doing great now: He’s put weight back on– he lost 20 pounds in solitary. He’s getting his cleaning on ’cause that’s what his job is in jail: He’s a janitor! I tell him, ‘When you get out, we can go to the beach, we’ll eat your favourite foods, I’ll cook you dinners.’ I give him tangible things to think about.”

Brooke on coping: “I’ve been praying a lot and reading books that keep me positive: The Secret, The Power of Now, Harmonic Wealth. I tried therapy once, and after they tried to charge me 100 bucks for an hour, I was like, Screw this! My main therapy is talking to my friends. If I don’t let my emotions out, I will explode!”

Hi guys, hope you all had a great weekend! I just shot the finale for my BFF show and I can't wait for you all to see it...I'll let you all know when it premieres, it's going to be amazing and everyone did such an incredible job.

I wanted to let you know that I've been getting messages and reading stories about an incident that supposedly happened with me and a pet store: I was catching up on news last week only to read a story about me walking by some puppies for sale, and demanding that I be given a Yorkie puppy to be an accessory for a photo shoot. These stories have gotten out of control and I want to clear some things up-

I wasn't looking for a new pet, I wasn't even at a photo shoot that day, (I was down the street at Benji's DCMA clothing store) and I actually have a Yorkie puppy. I love animals and the cruel things people say are not acceptable. Puppies are not accessories or toys and I love my own pets dearly--I treat them as if they were my children. Of course I support pet adoption from shelters, and I made sure that my BFF show involved a local one to spread the word about how these animals need loving owners. So it is sad that someone felt the need to invent a story about me throwing a fit for a dog that would "go with my outfit."

I have no idea where people come up with these stories and they are spreading to so many news outlets that I just have to speak my mind and clear things up, especially with my fans. I love you all and appreciate your messages, as always.

Karl Lagerfeld Helps Out Road Safety

Fashion legend, Karl Lagerfeld put safety before fashion for this new French road safety ad which translates to, "It's yellow, it's ugly, it doesn't match anything, but it can save your life." The vest and a reflective triangle will become mandatory for all drivers and cyclists on July 1st.

According to Bloomberg, "Lagerfeld agreed to pose in the shapeless protective apparel as part of a French government safety-awareness campaign, which was kicked off yesterday. The vest and a reflective triangle will become mandatory for all drivers and cyclists on July 1. The number of traffic deaths in France jumped 10 percent to 346 in May, the highest since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Environment said on its Web site. Two cyclists have died in Paris since the introduction of free municipal bicycles last year."

Perhaps Karl can redesign this vest for Chanel with a double C, then people can buy it for a fortune and wear it. Vogue can feature it as the new chic thing to wear for women, men & children. Eh? Ehhh?? ;)

Yep! Jamie Lynn Spears gave birth around 9:30 this morning to a little girl in McComb, Mississippi! The baby was born at Southwest Regional Medical Center, weighing in at 7 lbs., 11 ounces and her name is... Maddie Briann. Britney and her Dad both flew in from LA yesterday to be with Jamie Lynn.

Not sure how I feel about the name, Maddie. Sounds more like somebodies Golden Retriever. But oh well. Not my kid. The pregnancy was a shocker, but now here's where the real work begins! Good luck and congratulations to Jamie Lynn and Casey!

Blake And Penn, At It Again...

Okay, that was lame but I just couldn't resist the little rhyme! My new favorite couple, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley (we'll just call them Dan and Serena, it's more fun that way!) were spotted out and about together in New York City yesterday. The duo, looking adorable as ever, grabbed some dinner at West Village landmark Tortilla Flats, then caught a cab and headed to Starbucks. What a fun little NYC summer romance!

They seriously look perfect together. Ahh, I love it!! I'm going to be heartbroken if they ever break up! Oh, and I think it's also worth noting that it's simply not fair that Serena has an absolutely perfect wardrobe on the show, and Blake's is equally perfect in real life!! Rest In Peace, Mimi LaRue

Awww, this is so sad! Tori Spelling's beloved pug, 11 year old Mimi LaRue passed away yesterday of natural causes! Apparently she had been suffering from medical problems relating to her hips and neck for years.

If you're a Tori follower at all, you will know that Mimi was pretty much a child to Tori and Dean. She is spotted frequently in their reality show (their bed and breakfast was actually named, Chateau La Rue after Mimi) and often even at red carpet events. Of the death, Tori has released the following statement:

"She was a star and a true lady, and she will be missed greatly," says Spelling. "People everywhere knew her by name. I loved when fans wanted her over me. I felt proud! I'm devastated! I'm convinced she waited around to make sure I had the daughter I always dreamt about before she left us. She was not just a dog but a fashion icon and legend amongst Hollywood dogs. She received fan e-mail on a regular basis, and I often joked she got sent more designer clothes than me! She was a loving pet and a true diva to the end."

Losing a pet is so extremely hard! I can't even imagine doing it after 11 years though! I was actually just watching the new episode of Tori and Dean Home Sweet Hollywood this morning and laughing at silly Mimi in the background. I hope Tori is coping the best she can. Rest in peace, Mimi LaRue!

A band called Creaky Boards is stepping forward with a claim that Coldplay ripped off one of their songs. Their new song,"Viva La Vida" unfortunately sounds an awwwful lot like the song fittingly titled, "The Songs I Didn't Write," written by Creaky Boards over a year prior. Check it out below:

Clearly not identical, but you gotta admit, they sound VERY similar!! Of course I'm not condoning plagiarism or anything, but I do gotta say, Coldplay's version sounds a lot better. Angelina Jolie graces the new cover of Entertainment Weekly. A little too close for comfort? Nah, not with a face like that! Below is a bit of what she had to say during their interview. I ended up posting a lot of it because I found it all so interesting! I love her honesty. What convinced you to do the movie, Wanted?: "I was in between A Mighty Heart and Changeling, which were two very, very emotionally difficult films to do. And my mom had passed away in that year. And I'd had a baby. So everything in me was just feeling very fragile. And so, knowing myself, I thought, What I need to do most is get up and get focused and get aggressive and get out of myself a little bit. We discussed that at home — that that would be good for me. Then I read this and knew they were casting McAvoy, and I thought, That sounds really unusual. I met Timur and I knew that he'd include a story. I know that sounds odd, but a lot of action movies rely so much on generic special effects or a story we've heard before."

The official production notes say you were very involved in working on your character's dialogue.: "That's probably the nice way of saying I cut all my lines. But that's really the truth. It wasn't that I cut them because they were bad. I just really felt like she didn't talk very much. So that's the producers' way of being very polite and saying ''She was sculpting her character,'' when I really just said, ''I don't think I talk here. I don't think I talk here either.'"

Do you worry that people will have a hard time squaring this gun-toting character with your role as a U.N. Goodwill Ambassador?: "They do seem quite incongruous.
I am a strong believer that without justice there is no peace. No lasting peace, anyway. I'm somebody who's very curious about the International Criminal Court and supportive of following through on the arrest warrants in Darfur. I'm not somebody that just wants to hold up a white flag and say, ''Let's all just get along.'' I think people that do horrible things should be held accountable. I don't think like in Wanted — which is an action movie — people should [just] be killed. I think there should be trials and justice. But the idea behind Wanted is not that she's a badass assassin that just likes to kill people. It's that, if you ran into Hitler before he did everything, and you knew, should you shoot him? And I would. These assassins are getting lists: They find out who is going to slaughter other people ahead of time and they remove them. So that was the side of me that identified with her. But it is a confusing thing, certainly for rights activists. Don't read too much into it. I am holding a gun, but there are so many people that have done so many horrible things... Pol Pot died a grandfather in the jungle, most likely of old age. Never was punished for what he did."

Clint Eastwood is one of our most famous Republicans. Did you talk politics with him on the set?: "Actually, we don't disagree as much as you'd think. I think people assume I'm a Democrat. But I'm registered independent and I'm still undecided. So I'm looking at McCain as well as Obama. Clint can teach me about things domestically and I'm more aware of some things internationally. So it was less a debate and more things we found interesting. But for the first few weeks I was just too nervous to get into any deep conversation!"

In many ways you're a very polarizing figure. People either worship you or they can't stand you. Have you thought about why that is?: "I'd like to think it's because I'm not neither here nor there in my life. I think anybody that makes a decision about where they stand is going to cause strong opinions about them. But I think that's what you should be hoping for in life, so I take that as a very good sign. That some people support me and some people really don't like me tells me that I'm making decisions and I'm standing strong for something I believe in. I'm making choices in life. And that's the right thing to do."

Some people can't reconcile your old persona, where you talked about knives and cutting, with your more recent identity as a mother and activist.: "But again, it's not that different. The reason I talked about going through certain pains or even cutting myself is that I was already out the other side. I knew there were people that do that — and somehow are happy that somebody admitted they did and discussed how they got out of it. I don't see the point of doing an interview unless you're going to share the things you learn in life and the mistakes you make. So to admit that I'm extremely human and have done some dark things, I don't think makes me unusual or unusually dark. I think it actually is the right thing to do and I'd like to think it's the nice thing to do."

Is there anything you've said that you wish you hadn't? Like all that business about wearing the vial of Billy Bob Thornton's blood around your neck when you two were married?: "No! It was never a vial anyway. It was like a flower press. It was like from a slight cut on your finger and you press your fingerprint in. It was kind of a sweet gesture. I thought it was kind of romantic! I still love him dearly and think the world of him and I'm proud to have been his wife for a time. I don't believe in regrets. It's a dangerous habit to get into — it makes you pause in your life if you start thinking back and questioning yourself."

Pretty soon you'll have six kids all under the age of 8. Have you thought about how you're physically going to be able to handle that?: "Well, we weren't expecting twins! So it did shock us, and we jumped to six quickly. But we like a challenge. We really don't know. His mom and dad are on standby to come out and help. And fortunately we can hire help if we need it, but we're going to try as we usually do to balance it as well as we can. The only thing for us when a new child comes home is just balancing the others. Our real focus now is: How do we make sure that the babies' coming is not upsetting to other kids and makes them feel included. They're old enough to feel included to change diapers themselves, to feed bottles themselves, like if I pump into a bottle. We're trying to find ways where it can be a fun group thing. But the hard thing is every single day trying to find time for each of them privately. 'Cause that's our big thing. With our eldest, we have that last half an hour at night; Shiloh tends to be the first up in the morning. Everybody gets special time so we can make sure we know where they're at."

What did you make of all the brouhaha over Jack Black's spilling that you were having twins on the Today show?: "Poor Jack! Immediately when he saw Brad, he apologized. But we both told him very clearly that we had only waited because, as you do with any baby, but especially twins, you wait until all results are in on their health, and that we were past that point and if somebody had asked me directly, I would have said yes. So he didn't do anything but take the heat himself."

You and Brad aren't married. How do you refer to each other?: "We have that problem all the time. I say ''partner'' sometimes. ''Father of my children'' is too long. But half the time people refer to us as, ''So, your wife this, your husband that.'' We've stopped correcting everybody. It's not a big intentional thing not to marry. We immediately were a family when we became a couple, and children were the priority, and we're both legally committed to the children. And that seemed to be the right thing."

What's the deal with Brad's new tattoo?: "I drew that. We went to Davos. It's not that we were bored at the World Economic Forum, but one night we didn't have anything to do, so I was drawing on his back. He just liked it! The picture everybody saw was kind of awkward, but it just lines up beautifully on his back, just enhances the part of the body I like. It's meaningful in that it's us making angles and shapes out of each other's body, that kind of a thing."

"My New BFF MTV Show

Hey everyone! It's been a little while since I last checked in. I've been so busy shooting my new show. It's been quite the experience, these people are amazing! Everyone of the contestants is very special in there own way. We are having the best time, it's been so much fun to meet such interesting characters. We've gone on some crazy adventures together. I even brought some of the contestants on trips with me to Japan and Las Vegas within the past 2 weeks. It's been a blast! It's so much fun to take your friends to places they've never been and show them experiences they'd never even think of. It's quite a site and its going to be an amazing show and I'm so happy and thrilled with what's happening everyday. But not everything is all fun and games, they've been through some very brutal challenges ,so I give them major props!! I still can't believe some of the things I've seen them do, quite shocking! But also very entertaining. And yes of course there's drama sometimes, but that's what happens when you stick a bunch of fun, crazy girls together in a house together. The only part I hate about the show is doing the eliminations, it is so hard for me. And it gets harder every time cause these past few weeks I've really became close with all of them and it's hard to have to let them go. It's actually very emotional, everyone is pretty upset every time we have to do one. But even though at the end of this I can only choose one of these people to be my best friend, I know in my heart that I've met some people on the show that I'll be friends with for a lifetime. I love them all and I can't wait for you all to see the madness!! But you'll have to wait till September when it airs on MTV.

In my personal life, I am still very much in love and happy. He has been so supportive throughout the show, coming to visit me at set everyday. Life is good. I hosted a party at Tao, it was a great night there. Some of the girls had never even been to Vegas before, so it was fun to show them vegas my way. They had the time of there lives. Also my friend Jeff Beacher threw us one of his infamous Beacher's Madhouse After parties over at the Mirage Hotel Mansions. There were some pretty hilarious performances and I even got cut in half by a magician. Such a great weekend! Hope your all having a great summer! Speak soon, love you all!!

So things have been a bit busy lately (by that, I mean I've been a bit lazy). And the posts have been sparse (by that I mean, non-existent). Susan Sarandon Does Woman & Home

Although she looks fabulous for 61, I'm not too sure that it was a good idea for her to be wearing that low cut dress. But I still completely adore Susan Sarandon! So when I found that she had recently done the July 2008 cover of Woman & Home magazine, I just had to post! Below are some excerpts from her interview:

Susan on acting: “I fell into acting. My husband, Chris, was an actor and I was the wifey, but I started doing some modelling and his agent sent me on an audition for a film called Joe. I got the part and it ended up being a breakthrough movie. The next thing I got was a soap, then another film – I thought it was a riot. It was a number of years before I thought, “I guess I’m an actor.”

On her role in Enchanted: “I was honoured to play an iconic Disney figure in Enchanted. I love that the princess is plucky and saves the prince. I love my character, Queen Narissa. It’s so much fun to be evil. She has no compassion – she’s completely over the top and imbalanced – it’s fabulous!”

On her new film: “I am also excited about my next film, The Lovely Bones [released in March 2009]. I love the book and it’s my first time playing a grandmother. She’s a great life force in the story, a completely insensible alcoholic with a great sense of humour. It was fun and, of course, so interesting to work with Peter Jackson.”

On the Hollywood image of beauty: "I don't think the Hollywood image of beauty is very individual. It really cracks me up when I see all these young girls trying to be sexy, because they all look just the same – they have the same hair, same bodies and clothes. "

On beauty: “I haven’t had any work done to my face. I’d be lying if I said losing my jaw line was a pleasant thing and I am not ruling out eventually doing something. But I do think the plastic surgery thing can get addictive and extreme. I think looking good and being sexy is a state of mind. It’s about saying “yes” to life. There are lots of women my age and older who are living very vital lives. By the time my daughter is 60 and looks fabulous, it’ll be great if no one is making a fuss about it. How fantastic when it’s accepted that you can look good at any age.”

On men: “There’s nothing that turns me on more than a smart guy with a sense of humour and a little bit of a twinkle in his eye. I like men who cry and who listen, and who have a strong feminine side. I also like a man who can take care of things for me. So Candy Spelling...who already has a fortune of around $600 million...decided to take a little trip to The Bellagio in Vegas this past weekend. While there, she decided to try her luck at the slots. You know, since they have such a high payout at all*. Well little miss money signs straight up won $180,000!! From a slot machine!!

What a load of crap...last year while at The Bellagio, homegirl won $200,000 from a slot machine! Sounds like this year was a bit of a downgrade to me! I'd be ticked if I were her! So just to get things straight...Candy has now won a total of $380,000 just from slot machines. Wow. Just wow. Good thing that money isn't going to like, kids in Africa or anything...the little jerks would probably spend it on food or something!

*By that I mean they don't.

Trailer For "The Women"

A couple months back I did a post about a new movie coming out called, The Women. The movie has an all star cast of, Bette Midler, Annette Benning, Candice Bergen, Carrie Fisher, Debi Mazar, Debra Messing, Eva Mendes, Jada Pinkett Smith and Meg Ryan! If so many people signed on, I figure there must be something good about it, right!?

The movie isn't set to be out until September but the trailer was just released and I must say, it looks really fun! Can't wait! Check it out for yourself below:

Shania Talks About Her Divorce

Shania Twain has released a statement for the first time since the news of her impending divorce to Mutt Lange. Below is what she had to say:

The Guy Who Usually Gets It Right...

...Got it totally wrong. I am usually a fan of David Beckham's style. He usually has a good mix of "guyness" and fashion and can for the most part, pull off certain things that nobody else ever could.

Last night however, he showed up solo to the grand opening of the London West Hollywood restaurant in West Hollywood, California in an outfit that should have never gotten a second look.

I think it's the bow tie that bothers me the most. I don't care if you are David Beckham, leave the bow ties at home. Seriously. I guess this is what happens when Victoria doesn't lay his clothes out for him. Check out a few more below:

Mary-Kate Olsen is on the new cover of Elle magazine, looking better than she has in years! You can see her face! Her hair is brushed! She's showered! She's got on a cute dress! On sibling rivalry: “We don’t agree all the time. Don't believe her. Despite what her shirt says, I think it's obvious to anyone who can breath that Heidi Montag does not want more privacy. That's actually a pretty funny joke though. Nice one Heidi, didn't know you were a comedian on top of your superb acting skills. wow.

Anyway, in yet another desperate seek of attention, Heidi and Spencer, along with their paparazzi friends, took a little trip to Disneyland yesterday. Hey, the photo op's aren't going to create themselves, ya know!?

Matthew And Camila Show Off Their Bump!

...Well, technically it's more of Camila's bump, but you get the picture. Anyway, here we have a couple of pictures of Matthew McConaughey and pregnant girlfriend, Camila Alves leaving a Little Jackie concert at The Viper Room in Los Angeles. It's crazy to me how fast her tummy has grown!! I'm going to give her the "lack of clothing options while pregnant" benefit of the doubt as far as her outfit goes. Eeek!

On their MySpace page, Little Jackie tells about themselves: “Blend the old-school R&B sound with a quirky hybrid of hip-hop and pop and you get Little Jackie, the creation of genre-defying singer-songwriter Imani Coppola and programmer Adam Pallin.”

Inside Alessandra Ambrosio's Baby Shower!

So the sickingly gorgeous Alessandra Ambrosio had her baby shower on Monday! Already?? Seems kinda soon for a baby shower, I thought they usually take place in the last month, two max? Eh, what do I know!?

Not a whole lot of details were released about the shower except that it took place at a private residence in Los Angeles and Alessandra and her boyfriend, Jamie Mazur were joined by a slew of close family and friends, including Brazilian actress Tatiana Fontes.

Check out all these amazing pictures from the event! When I first saw them, I totally thought they were wedding pictures! The girl seriously makes being pregnant look good! Wow!

Their baby is due in late summer/early fall. Major congrats to the beautiful couple!!

With designer, Michael Kors as her date, Hilary Duff showed up to the 2008 CFDA Fashion Awards at The New York Public Library in New York City tonight looking absolutely amazing in this sparkly purple number!

I would have to say I think this is the best Hilary has ever looked! The dress has a very large potential to be tacky, but somehow, she totally pulls it off.
